A Broomfield Farmhouse Remodel

Kevin and Lauri feel incredibly lucky to own this charming farmhouse, with its rich history passed down from Kevin's grandfather. The property and farm holds a special place in their hearts, especially for "Farmer Kevin," as Lauri affectionately calls him. Turning this nostalgic inheritance into a warm and inviting home was a joy for our team and clients. Nestled amidst acres of open land, with an impressive view of the front range, it's no wonder Kevin and Lauri chose to make this century-old home their "forever home."

Scope of Work Included the Following:

• Gutted the entire home down to the studs. Demolished and removed several abandoned HVAC and plumbing systems. Removed several bearing walls and reconfigured the layout of the kitchen, living room, master bathroom, master bedroom, laundry room, and smaller bedroom.
• Reinforced and reframed sections of the flooring and roof systems. Installed vapor barriers over extensive areas of crawlspace that was previously bare soil.
• Installed all new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. 
• Installed all new exterior doors and windows
• Installed hardwood floors throughout most of the main level
• Installed all new fixtures and finishes throughout the house including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing and lighting fixtures, tile, glass, paint and more.
