Broomfield Kitchen Remodel

Nels and Joni came to us with a need to upgrade their outdated 1994 kitchen. They had the classic 90's touches including honey stained oak and Formica countertops throughout the main level. Not only were we able to help them get the style of their dreams, we were able to create a more functional space including a rework of the pantry, expanding the doorway to the dining room, expanding the island and creating a custom beverage station.  We also stained and refinished all the hardwood floors on the main level and did some cosmetic updates throughout several other areas of the house. Nels and Joni were such a pleasure to work with on this project and we can’t thank them enough for trusting us with their home.  Our team had a great time getting to know your family through this build and we wish you years of happiness in the new space. Updates include:
-Reconfiguring the kitchen including a new island layout, reworking the pantry and expanding the dining room opening 
-New cabinetry, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and hardware
-Repainting kitchen and trim throughout main level 
-Repair and refinish of approximately 1200 square feet of hardwood flooring
-New overhead and decorative lighting
-Updating the laundry room paint and flooring
